For the successful implementation of the planned program, a unified system has been installed for the inspection of transshipment machines, determining their technical condition and the required category of regular repairs. It is also necessary to modernize reloading machines in order to improve their technical and operational characteristics, as well as to unify individual components and parts, to introduce machine assembly repair and advanced machining techniques to increase their wear resistance, widely popularizing the experience of port innovators in the operation and repair of reloading machines.
To organize the serial production of replacement parts, first of all, technical documentation for these parts must be provided.
